submitted by Cydni W. - |Recommended: YesLinden Colonial is a good place to live — This place is relatively nice for the price. Not high end or very updated but decent. Staff is amazing and on top of everything. They search everyone and the activity going on in the complex but I don't mind because it keeps the complex nice and free of trash and disrespectful tenants. I have referred several people to Linden. I would recommend you reconsider allowing dogs over 30 lbs. for those who are responsible pets owners.

submitted by Annel H. - |Recommended: YesGreat Property and Management — I love the staff, especially Melissa If I had to really complain about anything, it would be noise and appliances. You can easily hear your upstairs neighbors walking around their apartment, which at times can be annoying. The appliances are outdated - two out of four burners don't work on my stove and the fridge is loud. Overall, for the price you pay, it is a FANTASTIC property Plus, the location is perfect for my family I just renewed my lease, and we are planning on doing so again next year.
